It was born from a collaboration of chef Peppe Guida with the De Gennaro dairy in Vico Equense.
It is a flask produced with unpasteurized raw milk from the Vicenza hills with the cooked pasta technique, typical of the provolone del monaco, which inside has a soul of butter flavored with lemon peel always from our hills. A real combination of aromas and flavors, so much so that the chef has dedicated a one-of-a-kind dish to him.
