INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour type “00”, water, sugar, natural yeast (contains gluten), barley malt, butter, anhydrous butter, Bourbon vanilla, acacia honey, orange paste (orange peels, sugar, glucose syrup, fructose, acidifier: citric acid), salt, egg yolk cat. A, candied orange, almond paste (sugar, almonds 36%, water, invert sugar syrup, invert glucose syrup).
Glaze: sugar, almonds, egg white, wheat flour type “00”, wheat semolina, sugar grains.
